A native of New York City, Tim Stokes earned a B.A. from Hampshire College with a concentration in Urban Design. He went on to graduate with an M. Arch from UC Berkeley. He has been designing and building his own projects for nearly 30 years. In 2001, he became a Registered Architect in Vermont, and has held Contractor’s licenses in several states. He has held a Contractors license in Massachusetts since 2003.

Stokes & Company have executed a large range of residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects throughout the Pioneer Valley. Our design skill coupled with a thorough understanding of construction systems and costs allows us to offer a unique and comprehensive service to clients. We design, build, and manage every one of our projects. We make new houses and thoughtfully renovate old ones, always driven by a love of detail, and a belief in quality over false economy.
